This workshop focuses on the on defining and noticing acts of kindness, both personal kindness and how to show kindness to others.
Its discussed how kindness affects the body as well as the how and why kindness is a direct antidote for anger, both internal and external.
The games and mediations are set to re-inforce the concepts of what kindness is and how to put it to play in their daily lives.
Parental guidance: The kids will come home with their kindness charms. We will give instructions on how charms and the bracelets work in noticing how to be kind and and putting it into action.
